POOL HEATERS (HEAT PUMP TYPE) MAINTENANCE PACKAGES

As similar as they are to their relatives, Pool Heaters (Heat pump type,) maintenance tasks and procedures are very close to those accomplished for an AC heat pump type. Perhaps the main difference is how often do you need to service them. While Air Conditioning units are in operation year round (cooling in warm weather and heating in winter,) pool heaters in the residential sector work much less. Considering that, at Con-Mech, Inc we offer basically the same amazing maintenance packages for Pool Heaters as for Air Conditioning; however, the maintenance plans shown are based on general guidelines for pool heaters used at least once a week. Due to the wide variety of equipment types, size, components, and quantity present in the commercial sector, it is impractical
to create maintenance packages attending to general rules that could apply to commercial facilities in common; instead,
Con-Mech, Inc will create a Preventive Maintenance Schedule specifically designed for your HVAC equipment and components.

Remember…Preventive Maintenance is not an expense, it is an investment; not an option, it is a must.

Please note: Total Care plan requires minimum a six (6) months Service Contract. Total Care Plus and Total Replacement plans require minimum a one (1) year Service Contract.


1- Minor parts or components covered under Total Care Plus and Total Replacement plans will be listed for the specific equipment in the Contract. Parts or components may not be immediately available, in such case Con-Mech, Inc will made all possible efforts to have it replaced within 24 hrs; however, this can not be guaranteed.


2- Mayor parts or components covered under Total Replacement Plan will be listed for the specific equipment in the Contract. Mayor parts or components may not be immediately available and usually require to be ordered and delivered, in such case Con-Mech, Inc will made all possible efforts to expedite the process; however, maximum wait time can not be specified and/or guaranteed.


3- Service Calls are considered those made during regular working hours as follows: Mon-Fri 7:30am – 04:30pm and Sat 09:00am – 03:00pm.


4- Emergency Calls are considered those made on other than regular working hours and holidays.
